Nicole Mordini, BS, CT
Assistant Adult Coordinator

Meet Nicole Mordini, a dedicated performance trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ball State University and a Certified Personal Trainer credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Nicole’s journey began as an intern at HPI, where she quickly proved her passion and drive. She worked her way into a role as a rehab technician for the Highland Park PT clinic, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside licensed physical therapists. This foundation allowed her to deepen her understanding of rehabilitation and movement, shaping the informed, empathetic approach she brings to her coaching today. She specializes in working with adult populations, particularly individuals navigating orthopedic conditions such as knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, as well as those managing osteoporosis and arthritis. Her approach is rooted in personalized training that helps clients regain strength, confidence, and independence in their everyday lives. Passionate about progress and always up for a challenge, she brings the same energy to her own life that she encourages in her clients. Whether it’s trying a new activity or pushing herself a little further on a run, she believes in leading by example. When she’s not training, you’ll likely find her out on a walk or doing anything that involves spending time outdoors. Whipping up something delicious in the kitchen is one of her favorite hobbies as well. Movement, health, and proper nutrition are at the heart and soul of everything she does.
