BUILD is our semi-private training program designed specifically for adults. Whether you’re getting back into exercise, managing past injuries, or looking to feel stronger and more capable, BUILD gives you the structure and support you need.
Every client begins with a one-on-one consultation and movement screen, so we can create a personalized training plan from day one. Sessions are capped at six people, offering individual attention in a motivating small-group setting.
BUILD isn’t just a workout, it’s a community focused, science backed program geared for long-term strength, mobility, and health.
