ELITE
Athletes ages 8-18 who are seeking to maximize their performance on the field, court, or pitch can benefit from sport-specific movements and training to help them gain speed, strength, power, and agility.
Pilates
Slower paced movements, focused on balance and strength, are ideal for those who have joint issues, those looking to gain core strength, and adults or athletes needing help with recovery and rehabilitation.


This Wednesday workout with Nate was terrific! I have enjoyed Nate's classes for many months now. He is patient, thorough, kind, and careful to assess my needs and the needs of those in my class. Today we started a new system/program and I really feel like Nate and IBJI will be able to track my progress and help me wit areas in which I need some improvement. It's been a year and seven months since I joined IBJI and I feel more fit and stronger!
Membership Options
ATHLETE
Sessions include individualized programs, focusing on sport-specific speed, strength, power, and injury prevention training. Groups are divided by age in order to provide the best programming and safe training for each athlete.
TRAINING
These classes are designed to provide a private training experience with the convenience of a group class. With only 4-6 participants, these classes are designed to help you build muscle, lose weight, and reduce the risk of injury. BUILD groups provide a personalized exercise routine to help you reach your goals safely.
WELLNESS
HPI’s Wellness services are designed to help you achieve peak recovery and provide a holistic approach to ongoing health and performance. Our experienced therapists will work with you to design a program that meets your needs.
