Membership Options
ATHLETE
Sessions include individualized programs, focusing on sport-specific speed, strength, power, and injury prevention training. Groups are divided by age in order to provide the best programming and safe training for each athlete.
TRAINING
Work with our certified specialists to craft a plan designed to help you exercise safely and pain-free. Our emphasis on orthopedic care, joint health, and injury prevention allows for you to reach your fitness goals at your pace.
WELLNESS
HPI’s Wellness services are designed to help you achieve peak recovery and provide a holistic approach to ongoing health and performance. Our experienced therapists will work with you to design a program that meets your needs.
