Mount Prospect Services
One-on-One Coaching
Individualized attention and programming are designed to help you achieve results quickly and safely. Best for individuals who need specific programming, training for a particular sport or hobby, or those who struggle with injuries.
Youth Training Ages 8-18
Group training (athletes divided by grade). Training sessions include speed mechanics, agility, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. Working with our physicians and physical therapists to provide injury reduction techniques.
Adult Strength Training
BUILD: Customized programming and individualized attention delivered in a group format. Limited to 4-6 participants per training session. Best for participants looking to build strength and mitigate injury while building camaraderie in a group setting.
Active Adults
BURN: Large group training sessions designed to help you lose weight, get in shape, and provide an energetic experience. Participant to trainer ratio is 8:1. Best for individuals looking to lose weight and accomplish a healthy balance of cardio, interval training, mobility and more.
