Our mission at each of our locations is to enhance how you move, feel, and perform. One-on-One Coaching

Individualized attention and programming are designed to help you achieve results quickly and safely. Best for individuals who need specific programming, training for a particular sport or hobby, or those who struggle with injuries.

Youth Training Ages 8-18

Group training (athletes divided by grade). Training sessions include speed mechanics, agility, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. Working with our physicians and physical therapists to provide injury reduction techniques.

Active Adults

BUILD: Customized programming and individualized attention delivered in a group format. Limited to 4-6 participants per training session. Best for participants looking to build strength and mitigate injury while building camaraderie in a group setting.

Active Adults

BURN: Large group training sessions designed to help you lose weight, get in shape, and provide an energetic experience. Participant to trainer ratio is 8:1. Best for individuals looking to lose weight and accomplish a healthy balance of cardio, interval training, mobility and more.

Team/Group Training

We develop sport specific team training programs and work closely with coaches and directors to execute pre-season, in-season and post-season strength and conditioning plans.

We can accommodate teams of up to 40 athletes per hour.

Pilates Group Class

Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. With a combination of movements on the transformer, pilates chair, trapeze, and mat clients will experience great overall fitness, balance, and mobility training.

Nutrition coaching is an opportunity to learn how food and lifestyle habits can impact your health, wellness, and life goals.

Our highly trained massage therapists are trained in a variety of modalities and customize treatments to accommodate guests ranging from relaxation to injury prevention and assist in rehabilitation.

Regular massages have been found to help with: reducing stress and anxiety, decrease muscle tension which helps to enhance sports performance and recovery, increase immune function by decreasing stress and increasing circulation and helps to realign your body to help improve movement and decrease pain.

Individual Sessions

The acupuncture program at HPI incorporates the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. TCM has the ability to treat a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to: chronic internal health conditions, acute and chronic pain conditions, stress, mental health, women’s health and fertility, and aging.

The skilled TCM practitioners at HPI provide compassionate and comprehensive care for men and women of all ages, by devising personalized treatment plan.
