At HPI we do not see why an athlete needs to sacrifice performance for safety and vice versa. We are about working smarter and harder to help our clients achieve performance gains as well as an improved quality of life. Our state of the art training facility specializes in sports performance and personal training. We train a diverse range of athletes, of all ages, because we believe that the term "athlete" applies to all individuals. Everyone performs at a better quality of life when they; move better, are stronger, more coordinated, and more balanced.

Whether you are a weekend warrior or getting ready to compete at the next level we tailor our science and evidenced programming towards your needs and goals.  We set ourselves apart by treating every client as an important individual and do not sacrifice quality simply for quantity.


Youth, High School, & Collegiate Athlete Training

Program Design: A four week program tailored specifically for each client and designed with personal goals in mind.  Includes one personal training session to review program, track progress, and make corrections. This training option is excellent for the busy high school and collegiate athletes who cannot commit to regular gym time. 

Elite Group Training: This program is designed for middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes, and will focus on an individualized approach to speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. Routine progress checks will be given to athletes through movement and performance testing. Elite Group Training is offered on multiple days and times to help compliment any athletes training schedule. Elite Group  provides HPI's athletes the best value training option.

Semi Private Training: Athletes can train with teammates or friends in semi-private groups of similar skill level. Semi Private training focuses on developing explosiveness, speed, agility, acceleration, and mental toughness. Athletes will reach new heights individually while motivating one another in a fun and competitive environment. Athlete Semi Private training appointments must be pre-scheduled. 

Individual Training:  This is for the client who desires individual attention with one of our certified personal trainers. Individual training allows us to devote all our time and resources on meeting your individual needs. Individual training is best suited for athletes looking for skill specific training including baseball hitting & pitching lessons.


Adult Performance Training

Trial Month: This trial provides clients an opportunity to try all HPI training services including Unlimited Team Training Classes, 5-Small Group Training sessions, and 1- Individual training session. Trial offer expires 30 days after purchase.   

Program Design: A four week program tailored specifically for each client and designed with personal goals in mind.  Includes one personal training session to review program, track progress, and make corrections.

Fundamentals Training: This class is designed for post rehabilitation patients who have completed physical therapy or have been cleared by their therapist to participate.  The class focuses on proper strength and conditioning technique to help insure injury prevention during future exercise.

Team Training Unlimited: Includes Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) and Adult Functional Training (AFT) classes.  MRT is a high intensity workout designed to help promote fat loss and push participants to their threshold. AFT is a training class designed to promote strength, mobility, and flexibility through a comprehensive resistance training program.

Small Group Training: Personalized programming and coaching in each session.  Training sessions are progressive and modified for each individual participant.  Maximum of 4 participants.

Individual Training: Traditional private training.  Participants work 1-on-1 with a trainer and are provided individualized programming and coaching.
